Yeah returned to this wonderful cafe again today. Still one of the best cafe's in Perth. Also known as the Yanchep Beach Lagoon Cafe. Great food awesome friendly service and such an incredible view. Great coffee and a fantastic play area for the kids. Very highly recommend. Five stars are not enough.
Lovely lunch with my friend, food was delicious, beautiful views, would highly recommend and will definitely be returning . Fruit muffin was for my hubby to have at home
Excellent coffee and fresh juices, shared the pancakes between two of us and it was amazing. Really nice staff and fast service.
Best breakfast & coffee ever. I had the mushrooms with garlic pesto, avocado, wilted spinach & soft poached egg. Was absolutely delicious. Took our little dog along & they were very accomodating. Very busy with lots of locals, a good sign of quality cafe right beside the beach. Highly recommend the Orion Cafe.
We are regulars as the food is good, service is good too. But getting very disappointed with the way the meals are getting smaller. Order grilled fish and chips, only to 4 mouthfuls and the fish was gone. Couldn't have done a quick count on the chips too! We'll be back for coffee and too see the views but will be having brekki and lunch else where until we start seeing the portions go back to the way they it was before.
Service is great and the place has a nice energy to it. The BLT and ham and cheese croissants are great, and the fresh orange juice was delicious! Table was cleared promptly and the girls serving are lovely :
I arranged for my car club to have a sunset dinner here. We turned up with twice the number booked for and the staff quickly accommodated us. Everyone was really happy with their dishes, which arrived promptly!Food: 5/5
I asked for salt, but was told they do not have salt cellars for the tables only pepper . The staff ignored me repeatedly. A very good meal was spoilt because of the attitude of the staff and salt not being given when asked. I was finally given salt when I had almost finished my meal. I suggest management spend $50 dollars for additional salt cellars. If they had it would have been a delightful meal.
Good location at the lagoon. Shame it takes 25 minutes on a not busy time before I have to remind them for my order of coffee and a panini. Then waited another 20 minutes.Food: 4/5
Such a shame this premises doest take any pride in its decor, cleanliness and ambiance. What a cynosure for Yanchep. What a wasted opportunity and embarrassment to the communitysorry owners, I'm sure you have your reasons but this place is such a wasted opportunity for yanchep to shine and show off local features. Don't know how they pass their health and safety inspections and the effort put in to the place frankly stinks. Why this place has not been rebuilt is astounding. It's a great place for local kids to get so e experience, but until it's redone I won't bother going there.
