Easy and pleasant experience. Had to do an item exchange and there was no fuss at all. The man working there was very friendly and helpful. :
I've been very disappointed in the attitude of the Hurstville staff, on several occasions. Be prepared to not be assisted nor served, if you don't look like a customer with money. I spent a good 10 minutes today wandering around the shop, waiting for someone to assist so I could see a few items up close, before giving up and walking out. This is despite wearing several Swarovski bracelets, and wanting to buy multiple items for Christmas gifts. If you'd like to be served - regardless of what you're wearing, I highly suggested the Miranda store instead.
I received a gift for my birthday on the 11th of jan 2020 and I wanted to exchange it for something else and I went to the Hurstville store to do so. I was looking around for what I could find and I found a rose gold necklace set that was same price as my gift however than after I found same gold one but not a set and I was told no its the same its not gold and I said no its not I can see.. the lady said no because we dont stock gold , only rose gold and silver .. its just the lightening .. I was sooo shocked that she try to completely make feel silly.. and when I asked for a voucher so I can decide little later , she said they ran out of vouchers and best thing is I go to the miranda store because thats where it was purchased. I was appalled by the service as it does not represent the swarowski value and integrity is defined not there. Because I wasn not buying anything they were not interested and that is not how you meant to represent a worldwide brand like swarowski.
Excellent service, very helpful and thoughtful stuff. They also have a very good range. I’ll definitely come again.

Have been here many times. Some staff are great and some are not. My last visit was a good experience compared to previous visit
