Always love coming into goldmark at rockdale plaza, the girls always greet me hello as I walk into the store immediately and are very accommodating towards my needs! My go-to jewellery store!

Exceptional service. I don't know what the other people on here are talking about. The manager was patient and very helpful. It seems people only take to the internet to complain. I go there all the time now and the sales people are lovely.

Worst experience and I guess I am not the only one I suppose. The staff is rude not apologetic at all... No empathy.. No sorry. Just want to take your money and rip you off.... First and last time I am shopping there .... Never again ... AND BTW if any of staff reading this review I am still waiting on my watch for over 2 months now which only lasted me 31 days and you guys refuse to do anything about it.... Good one gold mark rockdale

Worst experience of my life!!
Both the sales lady and Manager was horrible to deal.
Never buy from them or if you really wish to go ahead, never seek for after-sales service.
