Initially I felt unwelcome to be in the store and was treated as if I had no clue what I was doing. Though the blond hair attendant who served me at the end was lovely and up for a chat. Great selection of beads and findings, though I found them to be quite pricey compared to other stores I’d been to. Was nice being able to walk around the store, though would rather shop online for better value for my money.
Beautiful gem stones and pearls, amazing ready made jewellery as well as product to make your own masterpieces. Great staff always happy to give advice.
Initially the service at this shop was very poor. I alerted the manager. Since then the service has improved. I get the feeling that they don't want to be pushy with sales which is refreshing. It is expensive compared to ebay and etsy but sometimes it's therapeutic to go see, touch and make a beautiful piece spontaneously. What price do you put on this. Great selection.
Very helpful ladies. Very skilful in repairing, restringing and making new jewellry. Huge selection of beads, pearls and fittings.
Amazing service.
