Rude customer service that was of awful, awful quality. Refused to fix my jewellery that was clearly covered by warranty, as indicated by another stores willingness to fix it under warranty. Wouldnt recommend this store, go elsewhere if possible!

All the staff was kindly. However when I order special order they never contacted me when my wife's ring arrived already. I called them every time for picking up.
