Popped into this store yesterday around lunchtime, to buy my misses a new engagement ring after she lost hers and the lad who served us I believe his name was James was one of the most genuine nice and helpful lads... He had the patience of an absolute saint while my misses asked him to get out 4/5 rings of her size, and after she narrowed it down to 2, he spent his time with us and gave us his opinion on which one he thought looked nicest. So I would just like to personally say Thankyou to James for making this such a nice experience and for being such a genuine human!
Called in 2 weeks ago, with a problem on my 9 year old Swarovski watch, the link had siezied & I could not get the watch off, but the staff took great care to remove the watch & managed to fix the link, outstanding after sales service, the 4 members of staff that where working that Sunday are a credit to the firm.
I love Swarovski pieces ... however I wasn't impressed with manager at the store when I returned a piece for repair...he said that they couldn't send it back to Germany because of Brexit ...it would take to longI have never heard the likes of thisI will go to another store.
Not many of these shops around Peterborough so had to visit. Some beautiful works of art, reasonably priced. Absolutely loved the Swarovski Star Wars items!

These guys offer fantastic service, called Preston and this branch and there was a remarkable amount of difference in how much they were willing to help!
