Gregory jewelers have always been very helpful and efficient, with the four times i visited. Two times i needed jewelry repairs, they called earlier than expected , which was unexpected and very much appreciated. The last experience , i found them to have a great knowledge of the products they're selling. Especially the manager, who has always gone out of his way, to please me and other customers , which i personally witnessed. Very pleased with the quality of the chain ( 9 ) and the extremely different cross (18), shaped with curvature's designed differently. Thank's Gregory's .

Went looking for engagement rings in liverpool, last stop was gregory, they went through all the details of what to look for in diamonds and helped me pick out the ring which i instantly became ovbsessed with Organised to make repayments which they were most accomodating for over the following months (it wasnt a cheap ring but discounted as it was the last of its line) More than a year on, and my fiance is still in love with it! As it has lifetime cleans with it, my fiance goes back often, and not just because of that, the staff are great, always chatty, helpful and welcome her with a smile Definately recommend liverpool to anyone considering engagement rings with some helpful advice if you no as much as i knew (nothing) Big thanks from me ladies, So glad i walked into your store that day =] - David .A
