Absolutely outstanding service by Jo, who went out of her way to acquire multiple sets of earrings l needed urgently, even enquiring and holding items for me from other jewellery outlets. She then went on very thoughtfully to give me the gift packs needed for all sets, so they would be packaged as l wanted. A fantastic young leader, worth her weight in gold! Thank you Jo. Your goodwill gesture is much appreciated.
I was served by Helena, she’s very lovely, helpful and patient. She was running in the store to find me something that I would like. Very happy with her service
If I can give 0 stars, I would. Story time: I went to goldmarks Liverpool during mother’s day to get an engagement ring for my fiancé. The ring was nice and affordable but unfortunately didn’t fit. I came back to them days later to get it resized. They quoted me 2-6 weeks wait. I decided it was worth it. I made sure to check in every so often 4 times in total. Every time I checked in I was told it was still in transit. *Fast forward to week 6* I get a call saying that the order has been messed up and the ring isn’t actually offered in the size I want and it can’t be resized. The lady on the phone was apologetic enough but that doesn’t stop me from being upset. This is an engagement ring which is 6 weeks late! To top it off, none of the staff realised the mistake every time I checked in with them! So now I’m stuck having to disappoint my fiancé and spend a couple hundreds more getting him the type of ring he likes. Thanks for the experience, Goldmark.
