Terrible customer service, very rude and arrogant behaviour by both son and dad. They are selling the items by providng misleading information to the customer by providing incorrect details. I purchased a bracelet couple of years ago during that time they said it was 22 carat however when I went back to sell the same at the store been told 18 carat by son meantime his Dad said it was 22 carat. Also when I provided the invoice with the item the son got offended started acting very bad, Dad will always complain about other jewellers in that area as if they are very honest. Also they communicate in their language in front of the customer which is pathetic. I don't see difference between theif and these people just to survive they are lying. CUSTOMERS BE CAREFUL when you purchase the item. I will complain to Fair Trading NSW office.

very poor standard of service... son should not be working with or around humans.should be washing camels in the desert where he obviously learnt his manners.....shop should be fumigated with the father and son inside..customer beware.very very rude owners.....
