Beyond Amazing nWent for the buffet with my nephews, who introduced me to this restaurant—and I instantly fell in love with the food and the ambiance. There’s a wide variety of dishes, and the chaats and paani puri included in the buffet were absolutely chatpata... Great value for money, and the flavors were truly authentic. Terrible overall, sat for 40 minutes waiting for the food to be ready only to find it was barely warm. Pretty sure the curries and chicken were reused from the previous day. The vibe and setting was really cool but that doesnt make mye anyless concerned that im going to be sick tomorrow. Im hoping it was a bad day for them but I would not go back or recommend to anyone. Other patrons were quite vocal in their disappointment as well.
We came to this buffet as a group, and it was a very disappointing experience. The food tasted stale and had almost no flavor. The quality was really poor and the food conditions in the buffet were very bad.nThey suddenly increased the price from around $24 to $29 because of Ramadan, which is understandable, but the menu is still the same old items with no improvement or new dishes. If you increase the price, at least improve the food quality.nThe most concerning part is that two of my friends got food poisoning after eating here. They were vomiting the whole night. Thankfully, by God’s grace they are okay now.nThe reason I am writing this review today is because of my friends’ health. I don’t want anyone else or their friends to go through the same situation.nOverall, it was a very disappointing experience. For this price, there are many better restaurants available.nI strongly suggest people avoid this place.
Recently we celebrated my Husband's 60th Birthday each of my family members given best compliment to atmosphere and venu ambience beautiful well organised place. More over food was very delicious service was very delightful all the staff members are very polite with patience. Manager was very polite and kids person down to earth. We highly recommend this place for celebrations dinners and lunches.nOver all we enjoyed lots .one of Best restaurant
I had a buffet at Swagat Thomastown , and the experience was extremely disappointing. No doubt the ambience was quite nice but the food was cold, poorly prepared, and appeared to be reused from the previous day. Biryani was pathetic, raita was sweet like it had sugar syrup only. Golgappas were soggy. The hospitality was also lacking, with staff seeming uninterested and inattentive. For $26, it was definitely not worth it. Would not recommend to anyone to come here. For $26, I understand the effort to provide many options, but I would rather have fewer varieties with fresh, hot food than a large buffet with compromised quality.
