We decided to pay Swagat a visit for the first time. From the get go, the restaurant was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly. Our dishes came out very quickly and every item was delectable!! Truly delicious, from the meat dishes down to the daal, paneer, and various types of Naan and rice varieties — everything was fantastic. We cannot fault a single thing. Top notch food and accent service. We will certainly be back!
This restaurant was a surprising find, which was done when I was travelling on a train to the city.nnWe ordered mutton Rogan Ghosh, Chicken with spinach, yellow Dahl, aloo gobi, a paneer dish, 2 different types of rice, 2 garlic nans and a cheese nan.nnAll dishes tasted really great and to me the stars of the show were the chicken cooked with spinach and the yellow Dahl.nnThe service was spot on, and the food arrived within 10 mins after the order was placed.nnIt was a great dining experience and we thoroughly enjoyed the food.
A hidden Gem with a great variety of food options. Have lived close to this restaurant for quite some time and recently attended. Their menu is fabulous and so is their Buffet and drink options. Good variety of veg and Non-Veg dishes, with a tasty drinks menu and presentation. Staff and atmosphere is always lovely and welcoming.nnHave already visited 4 times this month and there are plenty more visits to come.
I recently visited Swagat The Welcome and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The staff was incredibly polite, and the service was outstanding. The entrees and chaat were delicious, but the Paneer Jalfrezi was a bit disappointing. Overall, it's a must-try restaurant! 10/10 for service!
Superb flavour plus such amazing choice in their weekly buffet. Veg and non veg options, but as I am Vegetarian, I can give a seal of approval for the tasty veg mains and starters. Visiting Melbourne only for 3 months and it has felt like a treat coming here weekly with my family. They even have manchurian and some Chinese dishes Manchurian and noodles and Veg Biryani from time to time in their buffet menu.nnHappy family plus happy tummy makes me extremely Happy.nnCompliments to the Chef, Hospitable Staff and Manager Mr Mithoo.
