I was really disappointed with the way I was treated by a blonde, middle-aged staff member today. She skipped the greeting and just asked what I wanted. When I mentioned that another staff member was looking for chicken salt from the back for me, she rolled her eyes and walked away without responding. She then returned with the other staff member and commented on my topping choice in front of me, saying she “would never put chicken salt on chips” and didn’t understand why anyone would. It’s very unprofessional for a staff member to judge a customer’s food preference openly while serving them - not sure why she felt the need to shame me… the other lady that served me was really nice and so was the rest of the team working today.

I came for the concert last weekend with a group of friends. I just wanted to come here to say that we all had a blast, the staff are amazing and they have the best pizzas. The gorgeous bartender with black hair was even dancing with us when we came to the bar to get drinks, and that never happens at any other venue I’ve been to!nThe sound system and the lighting in the venue is phenomenal! 1000% would attend another Q Room event!!

I’ve attended the last few muay thai events here over the last 6 months and every experience here has been great the atmosphere, the staff absolutely fantastic, and when my sons boxing bag was accidentally left there the staff grabed it for me and kept it safe until i was able to pick it up, absolutely lovely

Ange and his team are just incredible. A state of the art venue, bringing such an elevated experience to the Melbourne entertainment scene.nIt’s very rare you meet an owner who really ‘cares’ about not only the venue, but you’re event and making it GREAT. A heart based family team providing a world class experience. 10/10

What a complete rip off. The drink prices what a scam. Was looking on me and my partner banks after our night last night.nwe got charged different prices for same drink.none jack Daniel's was $15 then another was $18.nI had a transaction where I bought one jack Daniel's one water. $23 that means I was either charged $6 to $8 for a water when they buy the bulk from Costco.nMy family also had argument with bar server. Trying to charge $6 for one water when should of been 2 for that price. There was few workers and they were all charging different prices and adding couple dollars each time. Trying to take advantage of people who r busy having good time. Think we wont notice. So I suggest double check for anyone who been or planning to go Qroom.
