Worst pizza i have had here yet! Left specific requests to not be stingy as they have in the past with toppings and obvs they ignored this! 3/4 pizzas all burnt! Toppings didnt start till about 4cm in from crust! Inedible to be honest! This particular dominos has gotten worse and worse.
I haven't eaten Domino's Pizza for years and I was surprisingly impressed. Perfect amount and distribution of toppings and delivery person was very polite. It arrived a bit late but it was a Friday night and the pizza was still hot so still 5 stars.
Great service, watch the time remaining on the TV to get your order - a big plus for me. If you like standard baked bread, with cheese and toppings, on budget, don't go any further. You won't be able to beat their customer experience tools on how long you have to wait to get your delivery. Vegetarian options: Get Vegorama or Paneer Cheese, yum!
Christmas night 2022 finally found a store that was open. Or so I thought. was able to place an order online and went to pick it up,store was closed. While we were there, Someone else arrived to find out where their missing pizza was. Can't cancel the order, can't contact anyone. Dominos, do better
Terrible experience. Pizza was ordered at 6:44 PM and Estimated Delivery time was 7:09 PM and at 7:30 PM when I called the store enquiring, the person's response was "What do you mean it's late?" I mentioned about the est time, and he says "There are too many deliveries bla bla". Why would you ask customer that question if you know the delivery is delayed? He goes a bit further and starts advising me that I shouldn't be ordering from this store. I told the website picked up the store based on my address. As I wait for pizza, I called twice later and my calls were ignored/put on hold. At 8:15 PM the COLD pizzas were left at the door with no apology, no door bell. Extremely rude customer service, pathetic experience.
Ordered 2 cheesy crust pizzas. They gave me normal crust pizzas. When called, they just shrugged and said they ran out. Didn't even refund the difference of cheesy crust. Pizza Hut is better and about the same price. Yes, I love my cheese.
Two star for the taste. Taste was ok . I ordered Peri Peri chicken where I could hardly find chicken. Felt waste of money. I usually don't go to dominos but definitely it will be the last time I visit and also need more trained staffs I was overcharged and got the refund after the complain though Overall 2 stars.
Pizza was good. Meatballs and chicken wings were good. Service was average. I ordered from here again and I have to say the service has improved. Glad I gave dominos another chance.Food: 4/5
#1 Most recent order was Loaded Pepperoni,they gave me just a normal Pepperoni, you pay extra for less apparently. Same Pizza at Mill Park and it came out perfect. #2 Decently satisfied with what I received except one of the pizzas toppings was unevenly spread, But then the other pizza was pretty good. Hand over was fine and quick delivery.
I have ordered veggie supreme on three separate occassions and they always put too much chilli flakes. Spoke to the manager, he suggested to minus chilli flakes in my next order. I did just that and requested for extra pineapple, minus chilli flakes. and once again, they added extra chilli flakes with standard amount of pineapple. Had to throw the pizza away. Spoke to the manager again, he refused to take responsibility for the service provided. Haven’t ordered from there again. Contacted dominos main office and fortunately, dominos had send a voucher code for free pizza. I suggest: Dominos should close this store or maybe change their management. Lack of customer support.
