After travelling from CHB to Wainuiomata and back, I needed a few things including cooler bag. $17.99 was only one i found. I asked operator if there were cheaper ones and yes there was. She grabbed one for me and happy to put other one back. I WAS only one at checkout, but I opted for more expensive bag. I quickly grabbed it as it was just behind me and she served other customers making me go behind 3 others.  I purchased bag and other items including bag of ice. Git back to CHB and bag had leaked in my boot. I have NEVER had a cooker bag leak before.  Very disappointed with bag and service

Having just moved back from Australia, I knew you people hated Māori but I didn’t know it was this bad. I walked in, spoke with workers grabbed my things and headed to the counter where a manger racially profiled me. I’m Māori so that means I’m a thief apparently. He made me wait whilst he checked cameras and embarrassed me in front of staff and fellow patrons because I’m Māori. Ironically he is judging me. I don’t care, I called to file a complaint and was met with arrogance and dismissal. Racial profiling, arrogance and rudeness is what this store is. I’ll be in tomorrow to follow up with my complaint because they are not getting away with a racist agenda to profile Māori as thieves

Place is a ripoff meat looks sad .I feel sorry for the pensioners that have to shop there they are getting robbed!

Everything you need. Friendly staff. Good parking.

Small aisles and cramped environment. Prices quite high. Food selection is limited
