Battery died on New Years Day! Got on the SC website, punched in the car's rego number and it told me the exact item I needed, plus price and stock in nearby stores. A couple other places also sold it, but Supercheap had the best price.
Had issue with my rear wiper & the design of wiper was not very helpful either. I went to Supercheap Auto at McGraths Hill & they went the extra mile by helping me to fit the odd wiper design. Due to the clips insertion was not an easy task, Patrick willingly helped me to fit it perfectly and save me from waiting for the whole new wiper to be ordered in. It was a happy day as waiting for a whole new set of wiper to be ordered in will take awhile and Christmas was approaching. Thanks to the staff in Supercheap Auto at McGraths Hill as they are really helpful, friendly & always smiling. Thank you again for making your customers happy and hassle free! P/s: They won't make you look for a solution if it doesn't work out but help & try to resolve it for you.
Every time I have visited the staff have been exceptionally helpful, and didn't want to stay long in the shop as I only needed a few items for my sons car. I was in and out within 3 minutes. GREAT service by all the staff.
Worst Experience I have ever had in my life with one of the girls at your store! She was very unhelpful when I was looking for car seat covers. I asked if they would fit my car and she said “they’re all universal, you’ll just have to try. It’s just trial and error with these. If you want custom ones you’ll have to order them and they start at about $200” with an attitude like I couldn’t afford that. Absolutely disgraceful. Didn’t even ask what car seat covers I was looking at or anything.
Horrible service from the young staff here but it is a retail store after all. I did not think it was super cheap for any product there anymore. Even a cheap bucket was not cheap. The armour all protectant was priced $3 cheaper on the shelf than what I was charged for, Realising after I had left the store I did not have the opportunity to amend the sale The range was smaller for products than it used to be and my over all experience here was very average. It was not worth the trip out to McGraths Hill and I did not purchase the value car product cleaning bucket set I drove there for.
I made a online order, staff called a short time later and explained they didn't have the stock and the website was wrong. They offered to go get it from another store but I just had to wait an extra hour. Great customer service, I wish I remembered the ladies name that was helping me out over the phone but she was very patient and solved the problem ! Thanks supercheap team ! !!!
Although I've had a bad experience with online ordering these guys in-store know their stuff. Thanks for restoring my faith!
