Called ahead of purchasing a grab one voucher. Have a Euro so was advised to come in and talk to the mechanic as there may be extra charges. Ended up spending $145 on two rear break pad replacements and sensors. Service was fine however I was advised that it would take one and a half hours and they would call when the car was ready. Went for a walk to Onehunga and had a look around. After 2 hours with no call I went back, the break pads had been replaced but they couldn't get rid of the break pads need replacing warning light. Waiting another 20 mins while they figured that out. No really impressed with the time it took. Be aware that there is a 3.5% Credit Card surcharge.

I only asked for an oil change, an engine flush, new oil and filter and to check the wire on the oil pressure switch. I got charged for a bronze service which I did not ask for. And several items on the bronze service were clearly not done, my oil was still black and they left the empty engine flush bottle in my vehicle. Prior to all this I went in to get my radiator replaced (Which was done well) but came away with a new clanging noise which was not there before the work was done. I'm very disappointed, I won't go there again.

Have been a customer for over 5 years with various mechanical issues and tyre purchases. Charges are very reasonable and standard of work is high. Trust is a big consideration with any related to modern cars with complex technology. I trust the guys 100% to look after my vehicles and wallet!
