I personally had a very good experience with this garage. Went there two times. They didn't find a certain problem the first time, but when we went back the second time, they found it and charged nothing extra for this particular problem. Our van got looked at the same day we brought it in, so quick service. Good communication, very friendly staff. Prices were okay as well. Hard to imagine some of the others comments complaining about this place ... but I guess I can't know that for sure. I would recommend this garage.

DO NOT GO HERE. EVEN IF DESPERATE!

3 mechanics worked on my car for a few hours trying to open the drives door. The lock had got stuck.
They said to get rid of it. Fully seized cant open it. And one of them offered me 200 for the car plus to pay for my bill. And they told me to buy a new car

I declined the offer. In a desperate situation bought a new car and sold the other one for much less than it was worth. 

The person who bought it opened the door within 10 minutes.
I called the shop to complain. They told me the mechanic that worked on my car had been fired since he worked on my car. Although there were three of them which i saw with my own eyes.

They would not give me a refund on what they charged for the work. But offered to give me a free service. Which i will not take as I do not trust them.

AVOID THIS MECHANIC AT ALL COST.

First time went to get a new tyre, quotes me $379 for tyre I could get for $137 elsewhere. No thanks. Then went in with a list of things I knew needed to be done because I will try everything twice just to be sure: Find and repair oil leak, brakes checked as stuttering, check CV joints, new front shocks and warrant. Had my car for two bloody days. Told me they couldn't machine the rotors and needed to replace, but when I went to pick up they "forgot" to do them, couldn't find the oil leak which was still leaking, oh but apparently they changed the oil filter, and charged me $1100 to put on new shocks and changed drive belt (of which I'm not even sure needed to be done) for warrant. Never again!  Went down the road to my normal mechanic the next day as the new shocks were sounding loose, the oil leak was still there and the brakes were still stuttering.  $189 later and everything was all sorted and he looked at me funny when I said Mayne Automotive had already changed the oil filter and said that it was an old filter in there and Mayne's mechanic hadn't attached the shocks properly!  Mayne's customer service person London is a pleasure, but other than that....not a chance in hell I will ever return nor recommend this place to anyone!
