Went there because of a 5 star review rating... walkers in and before I could even finish my sentence, the person behind the counter rolled her eyes shook her head and said "nah, not today". I started to try to speak again and they cut me off... "I'm fully booked up" I guess they may have some technical expertise but (I guess I'll never know), customer service fail.

Booked my 2006 outlander for 150,000k service and WOF. Done really quickly within a couple of hours and cost within what was estimated beforehand ($264.25). Happy with the service from Grant and Sharon I even got a voucher for free coffee at a local Cafe while I waited.

Just had my car serviced this morning, Grant was very friendly and his team finished the work efficiently. Because it was a full service, many parts have been replaced and the price was fairly reasonable. And they even vacuumed my car and left lollipops after the service, wicked! I can feel more power and smoother driving experience after the service, so I would highly recommend this workshop. Good people, good service, and good price!
