awful experience, unreliable, giving a quote of $150 after fixed the car he asking for much more than that. Unbelievable!

Nice enough guys but completely incompetent.  Took my truck here after it was side swiped.  After 3 weeks, got it back looking like a child had repaired it.  Paint runs everywhere, filler everywhere, sanding marks, panels not replaced that were suppose to be replaced, mis matched parts, door wouldn't shut properly, incompleted work..etc!!! Considering this was all covered by insurance...  I had to take it back to give them a chance to "fix" again but they couldn't, I at least asked them to do a wheel alignment so I could safety drive to another workshop.  When I picked it up I couldn't take a corner to the right!!! Ended up mounting the kerb, could have killed someone or caused and accident!  Took it back so they could fix that.  Total of over a month with them and 3 trips back for a complete waste of time.  Ended up taking it to professional workshop and they spend weeks completely redoing the side of the truck, replacing everything.  Baring in mind this is what was covered by insurance in the first place...

Unreliable, Dishonest.Charged higher than prices U enquired.
Unprofessional, tighten bolts by impact wrench.

Would not use. Unreliable. And will not refund without taking to disputes tribunal.

Very friendly team, who offer great service at a reasonable price, I stayed in Mangere and went to these guys and even now that I stay further away in Manurewa  I still use them as my go to mechanics. They give great advice for my car always bearing in mind my money situation and how to make it work for me. OVERALL A VERY RECOMMENDED MECHANIC
