Sunshine Plaza has a prime main street presence in the heart of Sunshine and the Centre is a focal point for the local community.

Needs more stores, especially a supermarket. Underground parking is great for hot or wet days. Stores include ALDI, Dimmeys, Tattslotto, tobacconist, fruit and vegetable shop (highly recommended) and I'm sure they have public toilets.

Just seems "cheap". Nothing overly premium about the centre, really...
But undercover parking... so that's a bonus during summer.

Average Shopping Centre Has a Few Good Shopsinc Aldi.  Dimmeys. Newsagent. Beautiful Gift shop w/- Amazing range of Goods but Lacks Major tenants & Buzz

The poor cousin to the Sunshine Marketplace across the street. Many vacant storefronts, but fortunately there is a fresh fruit market, butcher, and deli. ALDI is here as an alternative to the Woolworths, and the party supply store is well-stocked with all your party needs.
