Was enjoying my shopping ,when I came across a stand.So many gathered. Stopped to have a look .The elderly ,grabbed their phone .They tried to take a photo of the QR code and participate. They ended up leaving as it was hard for them to do.Since I ended up alone ,the lovely lady helped me out.She took a while,you have to get the app,give your email, etc.When she finally did it, I was told I couldn't get the gift since I didn't win.So all that mucking around for nothing.And if you want everyone to participate, consider the older generation. Put more staff to help them out.
- 5 stars - 7 months to the day, me and the friend took his trusty black Honda to this shopping centre following the public holiday in March visit to Broadmeadows. Where once again we met another friend for a catch-up, chats, a coffee or soft drink or soda. I hadn't visited this shopping centre for a few years. Very cool and groovy. Had to get a photo and another photo since it's not too common to see a Westfield. 5 stars. Thanks.
I'm new in Melbourne and I visited this place for grocery. I accidentally dropped my wallet. After a week I just try to ask concierge without expecting to get it back. Thanks god one of their staff found it and keep it safe because I don't have contact information inside.nnYour act of kindness, honesty and thoughtfulness is greatly appreciated.nnI always visit this place and recommend to all my friends and family.
Wow! You've done it again Westfield. A great place to shop... relax, have a meal, catch up with friends, wonderful ambience and even a nativity near Target exit. Great job!
