Story

Altona Gate is a sub-regional Centre located approximately 11km west of Melbourne's CBD in the suburb of North Altona. Altona Gate is a 4 level fully enclosed shopping centre.

The main access point to Altona Gate is from Millers Road providing good undercover car parking with a total of 1,700 car spaces. The Centre is currently anchored by ALDI, Coles and Kmart with an additional 80+ specialty stores, including 12 food retailers situated in a food court which seats 375.

Wife and I seen this place from the corner of our eyes... hungry we came in and likes the ambience and the menu. We sat and ordered. Having come in before 12pm waiter allowed wife to order lunch menu😁 Very happy with meals. Altona gate is a run down place that many store owners have abandoned... So refreshing to see Hangar take a risk and come to this place. They have our support. Only 3 days open and standing up well on their feet. Come in and try out this lovely place. It's a small shopping centre, but it has most of what you need. The people in their shops are often more friendly and helpful than you find in the larger centres. Parking is quite easy too with the multi story carpark right next to the centre.

It's has a lot of better stores there now and they cater for all age groups I clothing stores too. There's a food court, public toilets and many entrances and exits as well as heaps of parking also a few levels that are under cover and also has outside parking. They have a car wash and car detailing business, its in the under ground parking area It's great as you can get your car washed etc whilst shopping .

Altona Gate is a good place to go shopping if you need the basics (food, clothing etc.) But the closing of some stores I liked to shop at means I have to travel to another shopping centre.

My first time at Altona Gate I was pleased and shocked to see a lovely brand new looking center they got everything here plenty of eating places around super markets with lots of little shops inside clothing groceries home appliances and so on for your need friendly services very clean and tidy massive parking area buses connects from here nice strong support from the community absolutely fantastic.
