Story

Altona Gate is a sub-regional Centre located approximately 11km west of Melbourne's CBD in the suburb of North Altona. Altona Gate is a 4 level fully enclosed shopping centre.

The main access point to Altona Gate is from Millers Road providing good undercover car parking with a total of 1,700 car spaces. The Centre is currently anchored by ALDI, Coles and Kmart with an additional 80+ specialty stores, including 12 food retailers situated in a food court which seats 375.

Is a shopping center when you can find groceries easily, you have Aldi, Coles, Maccas and kmart in the same place
A lot of changes over the past 5 years. Variety of stores on all 3 levels. Need to upgrade the top floor and add a parents room. I had to change/feed my daughter on a dirty bench outside the toilet.
It's not bad for a local, if it had an Asian grocer it would've been perfect for us, everything else though pretty much here under the one roof after they rebuild that bakery upstairs? Cotton on downstairs was a bit random though
I would have rated this place 5 stars but it has a limited food court area. Not many options at affordable prices due to not having many options at all! Ps: how good is kmart?
It's a shopping centre, has all the required amenities such as fruit, veg, groceries, as well as home basics.nnIn one of the parent rooms, the toilet door doesn't have a lock, so you need to stand guard.nnNot much food options.nnNo facilities for young kids like a playground.nnOverall, a standard shopping area. A bit boring in my opinion.nnAlso be good for the shopping centre to pay attention to detail as seen in the photo. Quite sure Anzac Day is in April.
