This is a great kebab shop. Selling typical kebab fare for a reasonable price. Some people are too fussy - the information in the poor reviews were not experienced by this customer. Great food. Go see for yourself. I had an open plate beef kebab. With extra chilli. Lots of food for a little over $10 bucks.

WARNING: ABSOLUTE WORST KEBABS My experience with this kebab store really was one of the worst dining experiences i have ever had. I ordered the mixed platter, poor serving amount, handful of rice, only one type of meat and it was all the burnt and old edges that were scrapped off the bottom of tray not freshly cut, also missing sauce and tomato was that soggy tomato you get when its been sitting in the cabinet all day. Returned the next day with entire meal to ask kindly for a refund as was not able to eat it and after being grilled by the manager who was extremely rude and arrogant and said i wasn't entitled to a refund and i obviously had never eaten turkish food before which was a weird comment to make, he asked me to take a $20 note and go into the stores next door and request change of $10 & two $5 notes, once i did this to help him with my refund he then tried to change his mind and argue with me for a further 5 minutes as to why he didn't think they were valid reasons for a refund, apparently the tomato is always old and soggy and forgetting meat and sauce is acceptable and next time i should just eat it. I will never return here, this issue could of been easily sorted with a genuine apology, a quick and easy refund and asking for me to return to allow them the opportunity to provide me with better service but instead the manager chose to argue and be arrogant. Customer service 101 take every mistake as an opportunity to do better and turn an unhappy customer into a repeat customer....

Go somewhere else. The kebabs are ok at best and the chips are not good at all. Howerver the worse thing about them is the wait, 3 times in the last two weeks when placing an order we have waited with between 5 and 10 other orders for them to make all orders at once not as the come. The wait time has been 10min, 10min and the last time it took 19min to make two kebabs. I prefer Sunshine kebabs at other locations however I will never go back to this franchise.

This used to be some of the best kebabs around North Brisbane, & worth a half hour ride when the aussie guy owned it. As soon as the new owner (not sure what country, but I'm not rascist either) took over, i spat it out and tried giving it to the dog, & she wouldn't touch it. Maybe i was abit hard, so tried again a month later. The meat tasted like mint? 1 bite, & again the dog wouldn't eat it. Now i gotta find another joint who has the good greek bread, & tasty meat in one kebab.

Tried calling (12 times) on a Saturday night to no avail. Drove there instead and ordered 2 kebabs, but they had run out of doner meat. Relented and ordered the chicken, which turned out to be pretty poor. Then asked if they accepted phone orders and got told yes they did! Gave them a gobful about how pathetic it was that they didn't answer their phone when I was calling. Sunshine Kebabs used to be fantastic! But instead of the big, fat, tasty kebabs and good customer service from their prime, it has gone to the dumps. Do not order from there. Let the business close and move on if they don't give a rats anymore. Get Getta burger or Nandos instead!
