Our Sunshine Coast bus drivers do a wonderful job getting locals and visitors safely from A to B. All drivers I've encountered are friendly.nIt is atrocious and a sad indictment on society that they are at risk of abuse and violent attacks every time they turn up to work a shift.
I just want to praise your company. My husband had been to visit me in hospital on Friday afternoon on returning home from the hospital unfortunately the bus broke down at Minyama on bus 611 that left the hospital at 4.34pm. When he went to transfer onto another bus he realised he had dropped his phone in its wallet.nHe unfortunately had to get off the bus without having found it which caused much distress for both of us with having private items in the wallet such as D/L, government cards etc etc. However on Saturday after he had been to the police to see if it had been handed in I decided to put a query into Kinetic on their lost property site. Only a few hours later I get a lovely message from Neil to inform me that he has found something of the description I left that he thought might be our lost property. So this morning Sunday we went straight from the hospital to the depot and a very lovely man went straight and got it out of the locker. Sadly I have forgotten his name. But we were in tears in the car with the relief of having found it. Thank you so much to the staff in your company.
Thank you so much to the driver at Dicky Beach about 6.30 am on Saturday 3/2/24 . You rang 000 when you saw my husband fall. He had got out of a care home and had no idea where he was. Thanks to you and the ambulance he was returned safely with no serious injuries. Thank you for caring. I really appreciate your kindness.
