Horrendous experience. Unfortunately, there were no taxi’s available to take us to the airport and saw this bus driver drop off people to their apartment. We asked if he could drop us to the airport and explained we were in a rush as our flight was leaving an hour and half later. He said that was ok, but really he just wanted our money. He failed to tell us that he had to pick up numerous other people which lead to an extra 45 minutes. He then crashed into the front of somebody and angrily got out of the bus and was shouting. This added an extra 10 minutes on. When I was panicked saying our flight was leaving in an hour, he said he assumed it was a later time and that I told him a later time. We did not only miss our flight but he also drove like a maniac and quite frankly did not appear to be fit enough to be driving in the first place. Worst experience ever, I encourage for you to not use this bus company service. This man didn’t show slight concern nor apologised for making us believe that he would get us there on time.
An excellent service from the Brisbane Domestic Airport to my accommodation in Alexandra Headlands. Dropped off at the door. The driver helped with my bags. Doesn't get any better than this. Cheers
Buses break down, I get it. But when the driver is prepared in the knowledge that it's likely to happen? Unbelievable. Waiting in the breakdown lane on the side of a busy freeway for 45 minutes is not only extremely dangerous, but the lack of urgency from the driver to rectify the situation was simply astounding. Instead, we sat on a bus with no communication from the driver as the windows fogged up and a burning smell got progressively worse, until such point that we had no choice but to get off the bus and make our own way to the safety of a nearby guard rail. I can't recommend AGAINST this company enough after such a dangerous and stressful situation. Given the poor response when contacting the company directly about this incident, I really wish there were further channels to pursue this.
Terrible customer service, received a message the night before advising of time change. Waited past the amended time. Called them and was eventually told that the bus had broken down and another one was coming. We drove to the airport with a very small window of time left for a international flight! At no point was there any communication advising of a delay. A whole lot of unnecessary stress for a company that advertises as book with confidence. Such a disappointment and an expensive result!! First snd last booking from us.
I will try another company next time i want a lift to and from airport. Because i had to cancel a booking ….giving 4 months notice …and im still waiting after two weeks for my refund less their $10 admin fee. I cancelled my whole trip and received tefunds from both Qantas and Trip advisor within two days
Worse company ever!!! Customer service is the worse, very rude attendant not helpful at all! I ended up calling then at least 5 times starting over and over my booking as they dropped the line all the time!!! They changed our pick up time and just sent us a message to let us know! We almost missed our international flight! As an apology they sent us a voucher when I’ve tried to book again using the voucher they said I couldn’t use and said sorry because was their previous mistake sending the message with the voucher number! I would rather pay extra for safety than use their service again!
If you want to feel safe, travel the speed limit, stay within your lane, not stop in middle of road, stop at stop signs, and enjoy your trip home after a long flight, then Con-X-ion isn’t for you. The driver didn’t adhere to the speed, was speeding all the time. Going through roadworks made no difference. Didn’t look for cars when speeding around a corner and crossing the lane before getting back on track. I had to hang on to my things all the time. The driver was short tempered, told us not to talk to him, and complained if someone was not doing what he wanted, when he wanted. For example; a person went to get some water at the airport and the driver complained over and over very loudly that he took too long. At this stage we were early.
Got a booking for my trip overseas. It was a smooth ride with David all the to the airport. On my return I was having a difficulty on the directions on meeting spot at the airport but David was more patience and helpful to get me on the van even I was very late. Gonna book again next time on my trip.
A few things they don’t tell you when you book: If you’re being picked up from the airport, you will be bumped an hour last minute if they don’t feel they have enough people for your time slot, and it’s not actually door-to-door. You’re dropped on the street even if your house is down a long driveway in the bush. This was the case for me, and even though I was clearly pregnant and it was over 30 degrees, I was left at the side of the road with a huge suitcase by an incredibly rude driver. Also, the air conditioning is completely inadequate, which made for a very hot and stuffy 3hour journey. Will not use this service again and would certainly not recommend.
My partner just had her transport cancelled at the very last minute with no alternative provided an offer of a later bus that won’t get someone to the airport on time is not a suitable option. We’ve used them a couple of times before, with waits in Landsborough for another connection too. Not a great service.
