Sunset Superbowl

We booked this venue for my daughter's 5th birthday party. The customer service we received was very disappointing and less than satisfactory. As soon as we arrived the lane which we had booked for adult play was not available and instead of an apology and time frame for when it would be available, I was treated in a rude and unprofessional manner. The young lady who was assigned to managing our party was disorganized and lacklustre. The tables were left covered in food and not cleared. At no point did we feel like valued paying customers. The overall vibe from the staff right from the outset was poor, no smile, no nice greeting, no sense of urgency to help or check that things were running as planned. I would not recommend this place for a children's birthday party and as a Mum with 3 little kids I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Had my daughter's birthday party here recently, so much value for money. The kids had a ball and the staff were very helpful. Plenty to eat and drink and they provided plates and spoons for the cake I brought for no extra charge. Tip: if you are doing a kids party, buy the bowling pin for the kids to sign.

Great place for the family. And they even have a fully licensed bar! Staff are always friendly and helpful. Kids parties are always a hit with the children. Parking is very adequate and easy drop off right out front.

Great place for family sun and the best bowling place in Toowoomba. On week ends they everything glows in he dark and they play awesome music. It's a good place for a kids party.
