I am a frequent visitor to this venue and have been for many years as I visit with clients.nNormally I wouldn't bother leaving a bad review for any company unless something really wasn't right and affected either myself or my client directly, but after reading a comment below from another patron, I feel like I need to add my two cents worth.nThe staff here are young and sometimes don't have experience and that is perfectly fine because everyone has to start somewhere.nOver the years I've seen many different faces at the counter. Some don't stay long and others have been there quite some time now and get to know you by your first name.nMy reason for commenting is because I too have witnessed a lady who appears to be one of the new managers, treat a younger staff member in an offhand and rude way when she was asking for help.nShe was dismissive and abrupt in her responses and took over the register instead of standing next to the girl and talking her through problem solving the issue.nThis lady needs to remember that learning a new job is sometimes daunting, and usually the staff members are scared of making a mistake especially if their Manager is nearby which makes them nervous.nThis lady has also served me on more than one occasion and my opinion, be it right or wrong, so let's call it an 'observation' is that she perhaps just doesn't actually enjoy her job very much because she always seems either angry or flustered.nIn fairness, I understand that the job would be stressful at times with trying to please patrons and manage teenagers, but maybe this means that she herself is too young and inexperienced for the role, especially when the previous manager could obviously run the place with her eyes closed and always greeted everyone with a smile.nIn short, this lady needs to learn some basic manners and courtesy to all people that she comes into contact with, but more importantly, remember that people are watching and listening.nVery poor form indeed.

We had an amazing experience at Zone Bowling Richlands for my son’s birthday party. The host Krishna was absolutely fantastic with the kids. He was friendly, fun, and made every child feel included. The kids loved him and the party ran smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We had the best party experience for our 6 year old son. Aleyda was so helpful. We just sat back and enjoyed ourselves. She made it a completely relaxed and easy experience!

We had our son’s 13th birthday at Zone Bowling this afternoon. All of the children had an absolute blast. But from a parent’s perspective, it was so nice to sit back and socialise with the other parents, knowing that everything was taken care of. Our party hosts Josh and Petra were both amazing with everything. Josh’s expertise was evident and Petra was so nice and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending a party at Zone Bowling Richlands. Thank you for an enjoyable experience!

I would like to give Paige a huge shout out.nWe cam with 58 children and the service and accomodating our dietary children.nThank you so much we will be back.
