Brilliant place! Me and 3 of my friends didn’t have a clue what to do today so we went into a visitor centre to try and find something. The first thing that jumped out to us was the escape rooms. We walked down to the venue, strike and were greeted with a friendly attitude and great smiles all round. The lady that was serving us was so nice and helpful explaining the each of the three rooms to us to see which one we would enjoy the most. We went for the scary one which was SO much fun even though we are all competitive. We were told aswell that when you buy your ticket to the escape rooms, you get discount on the other activities available. We were given a free game of bowling and then we decided to give the lazer tag a go too for $6 with the discount which was also very fun. Overall, brilliant experience today and I would definitely recommend to everyone and anyone! All of the activities were reasonably priced too. Massive thank You to the team that helped us today. Great venue for bowling, laser tag and escape rooms. Had a great night out for a friend’s birthday. The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff, clean and maintained facilities. The laser tag is an awesome activity great for groups and the staff are always very friendly and prepared to have a laugh with you as well as getting their job done.

Nice venue travelled into the wintergarden strike bowling as its Tuesday night no promos are available. So I spoke before hand to a staff member in regards to a new promotion they were trialing. $10 for a game of bowling this led to me being harassed to pay for the unlimited game for 30 so instead of us 4 paying 40 for a single game Ended up paying 68 for it. we were attempting to be upsold to a $120 unlimited pass 3 times more expensive. The staff gawked at us when we only wanted to play a single game. Recommend going elsewhere for better value as you'll need lube to play here. 👎

I decided to drop in spontaneously and was told about a waiting time of 1 hour for a bowling Lane After that hour I returned but was told that I was booked in another 45 min later. After another 45 min me and my girlfriend received our shoes and we're send to the bowling area After waiting for another 15 min my girlfriend went back to the Porter and was told that nothing is available and we have to wait even longer. That together with the fact of being reminded a couple of times that we can go and have a drink at the bar makes me feel like this is common practise since there where other people those discussion went on about the same Definitely an extremely poor way of treating possible customers
