Strathpine Hyperbowl

I'll give two stars instead of one as they seemed disability friendly. However the customer service here was shocking. Waited five minutes while the staff were out the back visible on their phones without being acknowledged. Left frustrated before returning to try again later, also no acknowledgement while we waited an extended amount of time to be seen. Finally when given service it was rude and unfriendly. Making us feel like a hindrance because we hadn't made a booking. Needless to say, we left without playing any games.

Lanes are good. Place is clean. Staff are nice.

Just rang to see how one of the deals worked, but before I could explain why I was asking, Rudy was talking over the top of me, laying down the law about why they have these rules etc. What I was wanting would still have complied with the rules, but he was too busy talking to listen. Just lost himself 4 complete lane hires @ $129 each.
