PLAN FOR DELAYS! I can’t 100% fault the facility. But the service is next to non existent. “Bookings essential” to wait 40 minutes for your lane. We had delays due to maintenance which is understandable, and we were quite patient but during our wait we weren’t offered part of our food deal or an entree to enjoy while waited. Then we were told a time for our meals and had to ask 45 minutes later where they were, when waiting at the counter it took the staff member approximately 2 minutes to walk to the counter 1 meter from where she was standing and talking to another staff member. “Sorry we’re really busy” was used quite a few times, which is a really disappointing excuse to use during school holidays, one would assume that would be expected. At one stage I was waiting at the counter to purchase 2 drinks and waited 4 minutes for the two staff members to stop hugging and laughing to serve me. The food was great, the deals were excellent. The customer service has got to be some of the worst I’ve seen. The only staff member that seemed to move around with purpose was the maintenance man. Customers should always be a priority not your chit chat amongst staff members. This could be an excellent venue if the customer service could be improved, this could potentially have all been effected by not enough staffing, but it seemed there was always 1-3 staff members standing and talking with customers waiting at any one time so I don’t think there was a lack of staff just a lack of work ethic or motivation.

Had the boy's birthday here with his mates.  Great night.  Only feedback I have is that the staff didn't seem to know what was in the party package and twice I had to approach them to make sure we got what we paid for.  I will say that their pizza was really good

Attended a family-focused organised group social event, this venue was a fantastic place for that kind of thing. Lots of open space, extra entertainment for the kids in addition to the bowling lanes, and food/coffee available. Pizzas were a little on the small side.. need big ones!!  It was a lot of fun, clean, the only thing I could add is that there was no information/guidance offered on the rules of play or how to start our games, probably because of the large influx of people though

A good spot for nationals. The atmosphere was good and the staff looked after the lane called. There were a bit of mechanical issues but the tech did their hardest. Solid Management.
