We had a group stay for 3 nights for a sporting event. Rooms were clean and tidy and to our surprise, we had fresh towels during the stay which was not expected.nnWe ate at the bistro all 4 nights. Couldn’t fault the staff. They went above and beyond to help out and nothing was too hard. Staff are super polite and friendly.nnMeals were generous in size and we loved everything we ordered.nnLocation was great with everything within walking distance. We will be back for sure.
Staff and Management are AWESOME if they can help they do.nMy kids have a great time when they stay.nLovely place allways clean.nFood is wonderful.nnGreat fishing in the area.nMy Dog is welcome. Came here on Father’s Day for dinner in the bistro, not a very busy night and most tables were bookings so able to anticipate how many customers/ food there would be.nAs someone who has worked in previous restaurants including avc Venues I am appuled by the service and wait times.nUnderstand it is a busy night however having a nearly 2 hour wait time for food is beyond ridiculous. When we ordered we were told the kids meal would be out in minimum 15 minutes but it took 47 minutes.nWas told a 45-50 minute wait time for food but it was a 1 hour 45 minute wait.nEnded up having to ask for our food take away as we had our table booked for 530 assuming to be home by 7 not only receiving our food at 7. I had a chicken burger that was cold in the middle, the ribs and wings my partner had also cold in the middle. Serving size not great $30 for picture down below and no slaw only garden salad. Looked like the service was running table by table instead of having a chef for each section of the kitchen etc. Beyond disappointed considering it should have been anticipated that it would be busy maybe more staff for future and having the chefs in sections not table by table and 2 hone waits.
I want to thank the staff for their friendliness and patience as we stayed a long time. They were lovely and the food was lovely
Came for lunch midweek, had not been here since the current renovations were completed. Meal was delicious, generous servings & prompt service. Will be back again.
