We used to love this place.nHowever today was such a disappointment..!!nnThank goodness there was a Seniors menu.. because the menu prices are ridiculously high.n$50 for 180gr steak..!! Morayfield..?nnOur food was then delivered separately...nThere were TWO of us.nI sat watchingnmy dining partner eatnfor 10 minutesnbefore my meal arrived.nnWhen I ordered a Ginger beer I was immediately served the alcoholic version. As a barmaid myself of 40 years I was astounded that this barmaid did not consider I was asking for a NON alcoholic drink.nHer RSA needs to benre-done andnher attitude adjusted.nnIt was obvious they were woefully understaffed but that doesn't excuse bad manners.nnWill not return.nWord of mouthncan make younor break you.
Turned up for the Dinosaur event . It was awesome for the kids and parents. The meals were delicious. The steak sandwich was delicious. The staff are amazing make you fill at home .Laura is excellent customer service.
Absolutely disgusting attitude from the staff and ordered a beef brisket burger meat was so chewy and so dry, couldn’t chew through it. Absolutely rude customers and staff abusing the kids for them being kids. We have regulars that go every week and this is absolutely disgusting. Definitely won’t be coming back. Booking messed up. Food order messed up. Waited a total of 30 minutes for our food while Other dinner guests finished eating before our meals arrived. One meal cold & the other too tough to cut & eat. Do not appreciate how the staff abused my 5 year old kids for sitting on the floor colouring their books. Do not recommend this tavern at all. Especially if you want hot food and for it to coming out in a decent waiting time. Do not recommend if you have children either. Meant to be kid friendly but definitely not. Thanks for making my decision to never return. Very very disgraceful.
I would like to say a huge thank you to the staff and owners/management who went up & above to make a birthday dinner etc special for a young man with disabilities first birthday celebration aged 15…He had a brilliant night, his mum so grateful too, as am I….You guys rock! Highly recommend meals are great, service excellent, once again thank you!
Excellent customer service! Also, I was genuinely surprised by the amazing vegan options—thank you so much! Finally, a place where I don't feel awkward because of my allergies, and I even had delicious dessert choices.
