Story

This architecturally designed motel caters for tourists and the business traveller. Overlooking the Caboolture River with views across Centenary Lakes to the heart of the Caboolture CBD, Riverlakes is only minutes from restaurants and shopping. Shuttle services operate to the RSL Club.

Centenary Lakes is Caboolture's central parkland; offering walking tracks, children's playground, sporting facilities including tennis courts, as well as the lakes and gardens for general relaxation.

Riverlakes has over an acre of grounds sprawling down to the river for our guests' enjoyment.

Going to say this is a lovely little spot to pull into if you're looking for a spot to stay near the lakes. The lady in reception is absolutely lovely and a real pleasure to talk to.nnPros: Right near the lakes and backs onto the river.nRoom has aircon in main roomnView from the verandah of the river Family RoomnLittle bottle of milk in fridge.nAmazing staff.nnUnfortunately there are a couple of things to note, and whether these matter will depend on your own circumstances.nnCons:nDoor cannot be locked or deadbolted or chained from inside. Unfortunately this means that children that elope have little to stop them.nnThe carparks are not allocated to rooms so unfortunately after coming home from dinner we had to park in the visitor parking which meant carrying sleeping children the length of the site down to our room.nnThe shower isn't great if you are tall. We are a touch over 6ft and the shower head can only be tilted to reach around the top of our back. Have to do some contortions to get your head under. Would be fine for shorter people though.nnOverall a lovely stay, would like to see some kind of internal lock for the families room if we were to stay again.

Lovely quiet rooms. Very clean and tidy, great location close to shops and dining.nOwners are very friendly and helpful, and they have a gorgeous dog.
The motel was good and all, but if you are looking to eat inside the rooms, you will need to wash in the bathroom vanity due to no sink. I reccomend not to eat inside the rooms.
What a great place to stay. Close to everything and very friendly and helpful staff. Was expecting road noise, but it did not happen. Rooms were very clean and well laid out. Will definitely stay again. Thank you.
