All the bad reviews here are for the hotel. Everyone at this medical practice are absolutely wonderful. Helpful doctors, a lovely nurse and the girls on the front desk are lovely too. Would highly recommend

I've noticed a lot of reviews are for THE MERITON, NOT THE MEDICAL CENTER. So the reviews are being skewed which isn't really fair because I have found the medical center to be absolutely fabulous. The doctors are very friendly and accommodating. Great online booking system, bulk billed, do not have to wait long to see someone. Thank you for your great service.

On the day I left,I belatedly realized that I forgot to bring my baby blanket in the room after check out.A big problem is that my baby won't not get sleep without the blanket. In another sense nor money can buy it. Well, the lady was better than her word and helped me although she was in a hurry. The lady name is Tarah I think She works at the reception desk of Meriton Southport. I have nothing but praise for her professionalism and Thanks again for giving me such good memories,Tarah!! I really hope I can go and visit this place again.
