I’ve been having so much trouble with my banking lately and no one could explain to me why. Luckily I walked past this branch and the lovely girl at the front desk Karen if I remember correctly was an absolute godsend. I don’t even live near here but this will now be my new go-to branch.
Went to open an account. The woman looked me up and down, then made us wait for ages, only to come back and say they could not possibly open an account for me today because they had business customers coming in. Her personality was super unpleasant. I ended up deciding against using Suncorp at all because of her and have gone with Bank of Queensland.
We drive pass our local Suncorp Branch, and travel further for the excellent service that we receive at the Cannon Hill Branch. We would especially like to thank Talia for her help in introducing us to Internet Banking. This is something I would not ordinarily feel comfortable or confident in doing, but through Talia's professional manner and caring nature, and patience!! we have finally caught up to the 21st century way of Banking! I do all of my banking with Suncorp at the cannon hill branch, the girls there are all incredibly helpful and the new manager is a delight!
So disappointed with this branch. The girls at the counter were lovely at first and even the bank manager was willing to help me in the beginning. After they saw my account was overdrawn due to fees that suncorp had charged me they no longer wanted to assist me. I pointed out that they were willing to help me two mins ago and I was confused as to what could have changed. I have been through probably one of the hardest 8 months of my life and ask if they would consider helping me out. My account was overdrawn $20 and the attitudes became very judgemental and was told I should go to another bank. I said no problems and you may as well close these accounts then. The bank managers smug reply was sure thing shall we close those accounts now with a big smile of his face... Gone are the days of good customer service in this branch so I suggest unless you have a perfect life and bucket loads of cash... Stay away... Very grateful to them as Suncorp charge WAY TOO MANY FEES
Fiona has previously helped me with my house/contents insurance and this week helped me again with my car insurance. I have been a Suncorp customer since the mid 1970s and I have absolute confidence in them. Fiona has gone out of her way to help me and I truly appreciate her knowledge, empathy and understanding. She is an asset to Suncorp, and because of her I would recommend Suncorp to anyone.
Terrible terrible service. Three women standing around a computer, 7 customers lined up - waited from 12:30 and was finally served at 1pm second in line.
Polite staff and you shouldn't expect to wait here too long. The staff are patient too and helpful. However I've made requests of the bank that they promised to do but never did.
Every time I come into this branch the staff are always incredibly welcoming and helpful.
Hands down the worst branch I’ve been to. Completely under staffed and extremely untidy. One Teller in operation with customers queuing up outside.
