Do you guys read your reviews? They are mostly terrible, today I got to see first hand why that is when I met Jenna. Someone who clearly shouldn’t be in customer service and can’t keep it together when it is busy. Flustered was an understatement. Apparently setting up a dollarmite account also takes 45mins? I actually work in the finance industry and can write a loan for someone and have it submitted in under 10minutes. In the time I was there I saw numerous elderly people leaving the branch that couldn’t get service at all.
I just came back from CBA Cannon Hill. After taking some money out for my mum I went into the branch to change 100 in $50s to $20s as that what she wanted, ATM would not give me a choice of notes. I was questioned by greeter.. do you bank here? What is your business? I couldn’t believe the questioning and it was loud enough for other to hear. I heard every thing the old lady in front of me wanted to do. I’ve being a bank manger for 20 years a WBC and 10 at HBL . I could believe the lack of customer service from this man. All I wanted was 100 in 50s converted to $20s for my mum who has bank CBA most of here life now 88 and can’t get around
The male staff member who greets the public as they walk in is arrogant and rude. He is the least helpful staff member at this branch. He need attitude retraining. Clearly he hates his job.
My partner and I met the Branch Manager, Sally Nguyen. Sally was fantastic! Listened to us, helped us and showed that she really cared, we weren't just a number like most banks treat you. We haven't spoken to any of the other staff, so we can't comment. But Sally Nguyen is an asset to CBA!
I went there to verify my details because I opened a joint bank account with my partner. The staff was unprofessional and I found them a bit rude. I was looked after Sandy, who I specially found very rude. She was not helpful at all. I've been with this bank for the past 5 years and my partner for the past 18 years. My partner went a week ago to verify her details but now here they are saying that in the other branch they did nothing...
If anything too eager to help and over did the customer service. Great problem the have with a bank, glad I'm still with them.
I found the staff to be very patient and helpful.
Can't even match a customer signature. Refused my withdrawal even though many previous withdrawals have been approved. An absolute disgrace, an embarrassment and one I will not be subjected to again. I home the teller and the Manager or whoever he was both lose their jobs.
Staff in here are arrogant and not friendly. They only do what they are drilled into doing but never go the extra mile to help you out. Try to make a deposit without telling them exactly how much is there and they will refuse to let you do the deposit. There is always a queue here so be prepared to wait.
Kelly was great and helped us transfer money to canada! You can take that info the the bank, this bank, and see kelly. Because shes great
