Michael and his team helped us get into our first home , he talked us through every step of the way and no question was a silly question. The team at cannon hill checked in on us and made sure we made our first payment on time and could navigate our banking. Would highly recommend going through BOQ for your first home / any home loan. Lovely people! Decided to open an account with BOQ after the nearby Suncorp were unpleasant. Demi was super nice and helpful and sorted everything out for me!
Lisa & Michael were an absolute pleasure to work with. They welcomed our family with toys for the kids such a kind gesture and managed to keep it professional and friendly at the same time. Their communication was great, which we found was an issue with other banks, and they were prompt and thorough with their application. Now we have the house of our dreams. 10/10 recommend.
My self and my daughter are in the process of setting up new businesses and I can not praise the Bank of Queensland at Cannon Hill enough. All the staff I have dealt with are super friendly-customer service is above and beyond what the other banks are delivery for sure. You get to be served by the same person regularly-not like the other banks! This banks service and friendly staff are amazing. After banking with one of the bigger banks for 50years I now realise that I should have changed banks way before this. Thank you BOQ Cannon Hill I believe you should get a 10 star rating .
