She is thorough, informative, proactive, sweet and caring, and always makes my two little girls feel comfortable and at ease.nnI’m so grateful to have access to such a wonderful clinic and team.

I attended an appointment with Dr Christine Suzanne seeking a medical certificate for Centrelink. During the appointment, I also wanted to discuss a Mental Health Care Plan, as I have been struggling with my mental health.nnI explained that I am a single mother, experiencing financial hardship, and finding it difficult to cope. When I raised my concerns, I felt that my request for support was not taken seriously. My recollection is that I was told, “Women are strong and you will pull through.” While this may have been intended as encouragement, I left feeling dismissed and unsupported at a time when I was seeking professional help.nnI was also disappointed that my request for a Mental Health Care Plan was not addressed and that I was advised I would need to make and pay for another appointment. Given my financial circumstances, this added further stress to an already difficult situation.nnI left the appointment feeling unheard and disappointed. I had hoped for a more compassionate discussion about my mental health concerns and clearer guidance on what support was available to me.

My initial appointments were with Dr Suzanne Christine, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. One of the most concerning issues was that my blood test results, which contained abnormal findings, were apparently misplaced. I was never contacted about them and only became aware of the results approximately six months later when they were unexpectedly found during my next round of blood tests.nIn another instance, an important radiology referral was never sent. I only discovered this when I arrived for my appointment and had to follow it up myself. The radiology clinic confirmed that no referral had ever been received, leaving me to resolve an issue that should have been handled by the practice.nDespite these repeated administrative failures, I was still expected to pay for consultations, which I found extremely frustrating given that the mistakes originated from the practice.nUnfortunately, these experiences have left me with little confidence in the practice. When errors involve missed test results and referrals, they have the potential to delay diagnosis or treatment and can negatively impact a patient's health. For that reason, I have decided not to return.nI hope sharing my experience helps others make an informed decision. Had I known about these recurring issues beforehand, I could have saved a considerable amount of time, money, and unnecessary stress by seeking care elsewhere.

I really enjoyed the girls at the at reception this morning. They were both young girls and had such a contagious happy demeanor about them. Great doctors at this clinic, excellent service

Everyone here is so kind and careful.nFrom the receptionist to the nurse, and the doctor. I highly recommend this clinic. Especially Dr. Sharkey.
