Took my mother-in-law here to get a Covid-19 test and the lady was extremely rude. Told us that we should drive to another one because they were extremely busy and had a big cue even though there was no one waiting! We waited and were seen to within 4 minutes, she was very cold and the service was terrible.

Had a recent investigation done here. It was on a day when some of the covid testing requirements had changed unfortunately. Many people were abusive, rude, and hostile towards the staff for something that they had no control over changes from management/head office. The staff remained calm and professional throughout. I don’t envy the risk these workers get put through during covid. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff I encountered.

I have just had a beautiful experience here getting some blood tests and a covid screen. My veins are shocking and I can only have blood taken from my left arm after cancer treatment. The left vein was accessed 3 times yesterday so I was very nervous to go in today. The collector was warm and friendly and made me feel so much better. Plus it was totally pain free!

Friendly professional staff, took very good care of me

Lady working at Coolum Beach Qld on xmas eve 2020 was the rudest and most incompetent person I have ever met. She also forgot to put my details on my test so I have to go to doctor and get another referral. I will never use this company again.

Went in for Covid test and the lady was extremely rude to me. Would rather drive anywhere else then support this poor business

Very helpful and professional. Doing their best dealing with a lot of stressed people.
