Sue and Les were helpful in choosing carpet for my home. Suggested I take a sample home to try against furnishings and tiles which was a great idea. Great range. Also very happy with Garry the installer - who text ahead to confirm when he would be arriving, turned up bright and early. Professional, friendly and quick install of carpet. I am very happy with the whole process and would choose Carpet Court again. Thanks for excellent service.
Just wanted to highly compliment Garry who replaced our carpet in our new home - Garry was so polite - contacted & asked if he could have a look 2 days before the date we'd booked to check the job & then came back the next day, took away some of the carpet to assist with the cutting out of the job then returned promptly at 7am on the agreed date - had already gone to the warehouse & cut out our carpet, proceed to do the job in very uncomfortable heat without complaint & was extremely professional, friendly & even put up with our big Labrador greeting him with jumps & licks every time he came in & out the door - he was pleasant & a pleasure to have in our home. And the carpet looks fantastic! What a fantastic ambassador for your company! Thanks so much Garry!
Hi Mark and Carpet Court Admin, I would like to thank you and your team at Carpet Court, Maroochydore for assisting me through the process of replacing my carpet. I found you and your team including Les Warehouse and Gary Installation very polite, prompt and efficient. It is rare that I am able to compliment a business, as there is usually a 'weak link' or 'hiccup' in the process. Dealing with Carpet Court, Maroochydore I had no concerns with any of the process from sales, administration to the installation of the carpet. I am very pleased with the new carpet and the installation by Gary and will have no issue recommending you and the team at Carpet Court for future business.
We recently had Aqua tuf hybrid flooring installed in our home. While it is on the pricey side we are very happy with the finished product. The service was great from beginning to end and the installers did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves as well.
Carpet Court recently helped me solve a difficult window covering problem. The service was exceptional, the window coverings we eventually chose are gorgeous and the installer was so careful and did great job. Very happy. Thank you.
Very happy with our experience with carpet court. We replaced old carpet in our house. On the day of laying, the carpet we had selected wasn't available so carpet court agreed to lay the more expensive, better quality carpet for the same price. No delays. Very happy with the finished product.
We recently built a new home and Carpet Court, now Suncoast Carpet Court, were the suppliers of our selected furnishings, including tiles, flooring etc. We selected Laneway, a high quality vinyl flooring to be laid throughout our home, which was an expensive upgrade. We were therefore very disappointed when, after 6 months, some of the vinyl planks, close to French doors, were quite faded from the sun, making our flooring quite patchy. After inspections and photos by both Carpet Court and the manufactures, the result was - Not their responsibility as nowhere in their brochure does it say they do not fade'. I would certainly not recommend Laneway and disappointed Carpet Court would not accept some responsibility for a product they promote heavily. .
My partner & I went into Carpet Court Maroochydore yesterday to look at a rug we where interested in and where immediately approach by a sales woman informing us that the rugs are quite expensive, implying they where beyond our budget. What she doesn’t know is that we are a potential ongoing client. Moral of the story ladies & gentleman - don’t judge others on their appearance!
