I have utilised this company for several jobs at different commercial properties and absolutely recommend them! Their response time to work orders is excellent, their customer service is friendly and professional, the level of information provided in their reports is highly detailed, and their workmanship has been right on point.

I had an AC replaced yesterday and cannot fault the two installers, Stewart and Brock.  They were punctual, communicated well and completed job was excellent.   Office staff were very good as well.  Good job. Will recommend

Poor workmanship.
Poor workmanship, changing reasons for installation errors, no care for installation positioning. (duct over down-lights eventually pushed down-lights from ceiling), no communication from management re problems. Creative stories given to 'keep customer happy'. Demanding calls for payment within 5 minutes of installation completion. Salesman doesn't seem to know what is available. As this appears to be consistent over the 2 installations I have had, I wont be using any of this companies services in the future. Pity I was looking for someone reliable to service my numerous properties.

Great experience.  Our Daikin air conditioner stopped working right before Easter.  The office staff were very helpful and we had a technician out the same day to have a look.  He was polite and diagnosed the problem quickly.  He then explained to us what was wrong and provided a quote there and then to repair it.

Shannons were fantastic! Everyone was great throughout the whole installation process. Great value for money would definitely recommended them.
