Gotten a rude receptionist every single time I've come here. The asian and persian/middle eastern (I'm assuming) receptionists look like they hate their jobs and speak in a snooty, rude and dismissive tone. Like come on. You're working around sick people, stop making them feel even worse

Approximately around 8 pm, I went to this medical centre. I was advised to take a seat in waiting area to see a Doctor. After 20-30 minutes receptionist came to me an asked, “Doctor is leaving soon, You can come back Tomorrow if you want’. I requested to her that It will only take 2 minutes also I am been waiting for them from last half an hour. Receptionist even felt bad for all of this. I was sent home that day by the doctor.

Called on Sunday and got an appointment for the same day. My appointment was only 15 minutes past the allotted time and was bulk billed. Surgery itself is a bit tired looking, but the staff were nice and Doctor Kim Chen was lovely. Very friendly and caring.

Still waiting...35 minutes and counting, despite making an appointment for 4.30pm earlier this morning 😫 So need to find a new doctor for the kiddies!

My wife went to see the doctor about her bad chest cold. She has a very bad cough and the Doctor advises her lungs are clear. She has been coughing up flem and the doctor was not going to give her anything. She requested a prescription for anti biotics Time to find a decent doctor who does the job properly .
