This is an extremely terrible clinic. From the front desk to the doctor, everyone is highly unprofessional. When I asked the receptionist how much longer I would have to wait, she had a careless attitude and said, “Just wait, there’s no point in rushing.” I used to come here because of Dr. Kim — it was worth waiting a bit longer for her. But this Dr. Huang made all the patients wait just because she arrived late for work. She has absolutely no medical ethics and a terrible attitude. Unless you have no other choice, I strongly recommend avoiding this clinic.
I have been attending the clinic since it was in Kingsbury. I have never had an issue with the doctors nor reception staff. Even extended wait times aren't an issue, it's a bulk bill clinic. The new receptionist needs to find a new job not working with any customers. Rose is lovely, also the other young Chinese girl - but the new lady needs an attitude readjustment & retraining on how to deal with people. I never complain, but her behaviour needs to be called out.
I am very dissapointed with this Clinic, i recently called and spoke to a Gp im.not gonan drop names in regards of my Thyroid scan results as im aware i have a large nodule.nnI asked the Doctor for her opinion and if i should be concern, and all i was given was “i dont know”nnI feel that their not emphatic with our concerns and just rush the appointment.
The worst place to be. Be prepared to wait minimum 2hrs. The reception staff is very rude and will not look after their patients well, hope they find someone better to run the place. Don’t understand why have a medical centre open from 08.00am when NO DOCTORS are available, and first one to arrive is after 09.30am and you still don’t get to see the doctor for another 2hrs, reason given doctor was running late to arrive to the clinic. When you ask reception staff how many patients before you, all she gives you is time but I’m not after time? And once you reach that time and you follow up the second time, that’s when you get how many patients before you. Why couldn’t they just say that to start with??nnI really hope they introduce a better waiting system, like even the numbering system just like their neighbours run in the pathology.
Not impressed of the poor service come7.50am for blood test referral only to find out that the doctor coming 10am. Would be nice to let the patients know rather than waiting for 5years. Walk in today 19 May 2025. Receptionist is very very rude and the signage to respect staff should work both ways. I will never back to this clinic and please look somewhere that treat you with respect and not wasting half of your life waiting. Negative star from me.
