It was my first visit to this clinic, recommended by a friend. Dr Fouad was patient, caring and easy to communicate with. The receptionist was polite, efficient and multilingual. He spoke in English, Mandarin and Cantonese during my visit. Chemist Warehouse was just next door connected to the clinic, pharmacy was within 5 steps. Very convenient.
Receptionist was very kind and helped me fill out some forms, but my doctor looked me up and down and looked very judgmental. I did not feel comfortable to open up about things. Seems like every doctor sees you for 5 minutes then boots you out the door saw this happen multiple times within 20 minutes of sitting down at the waiting room unless you desperately need to see a GP, do not come here.
This is an extremely terrible clinic. From the front desk to the doctor, everyone is highly unprofessional. When I asked the receptionist how much longer I would have to wait, she had a careless attitude and said, “Just wait, there’s no point in rushing.” I used to come here because of Dr. Kim — it was worth waiting a bit longer for her. But this Dr. Huang made all the patients wait just because she arrived late for work. She has absolutely no medical ethics and a terrible attitude. Unless you have no other choice, I strongly recommend avoiding this clinic.
Because you are healthy you no need to blood test, enjoy my healthy and young? Excuse me, that one last year result not this year! Ridiculous reason!who said healthy people cannot blood test? Old doctors will kindly explain what you need to do, another person just suckshey doctors? Wear glasses one, If you don’t want to do it
Hey, patients, run for your life ! Don't go there, my husband was diagnosed with mantel cell cancer, went to see them numerous times, the doctors just told him to rest, didn't take it seriously, untill my husband asked firmly the doctors to refer him to more tests which delayed his cancer diagnosis. Unprofessional doctors, long waiting time, nurse has horrible attitude,we only went there because they are close, we'll never see them again.
