Although the docs seem quite knowledgeable their listening and communication skills really need a lot of work. I'll only come here when I need quick prescription or simple issues.

I love the doctor I see here! Wen't to Doc of Ivanhoe and was so disappointed with the expensive bad service I decided to go to Northland. Dr Pavani Sathasivam is wonderful!!

Dr Effie Frangoulis is fantastic- she is thorough, asks questions and goes to great lengths to explain everything so you know exactly what is going on with your health. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Five stars just for this doctor. On the down side quite often there can be a long wait, but that seems to be the usual scenario in large bulk bill clinics.

1 star rating is even too much for this joke place. I had an appointment with a doctor for 12:20, got a call right before my appointment that the doctor is gone home for the day, we will reschedule you for 12:50. Checked in at the reception by 12:40, it's 1:50 right now and I'm still waiting... think twice before you make an appointment with these people. They did not even apologize or felt sorry for screwing my appointment.
