Just called to ask about a wait time for a walk-in, and told me they don’t do that by a very rude and flat-toned receptionist. And that they have no appointments until next week. Which is fine, but deliver the message with at least a little empathy. Brunswick Betta Health puts these centres to shame. Will never go there.

The staff are always so wonderful when I head in. They treat you like family! I would also like to commend them on having people learning new procedures as it is a place for learning and healing 5/5 will go again!
