The receptionist is not professional, my husband standed in front desk for more than 5 minutes, he is still busy with his computer, there was a long queue from front desk window to enter door, the receptionist was not care at all, did not say any words of apologies, is he dealing a millions contract? Helplessness!!
In the morning, they sent a message asking me will I arrive on time for the consultation, and I replied yes! So I drive for 40 minutes with my twisted foot, and when I got to the clinic, they didn't even open the door! No notification was received, no phone calls were made, no one informed the patient that the clinic was closed. Can you still open a clinic with this attitude? Funny
First time visit, Dr Yue Chen really nice and caring, great acupuncture too. I live around this area but never knew about this clinic. What a hidden gem.

As this was the only GP open on a Sunday near me, I went there to check my blood pressure as my home monitor registered it as 200/94. Online research said that this was an emergency and head over to ER. As I know the waiting times are really bad I wanted to check with the Doctor to see how accurate the reading was. They would not allow me to see a Doctor as they were not accepting new patients. NO-ONE was in the waiting rooms. What happened to Doctors caring about people? Will never recommend to anyone.
Lovely people, nurse/receptionist is welcoming and kind and doctor Steven is polite and great to talk to. Thanks everyone at the clinic for seeing me on such short notice.
Bad doctor and bad service. My neck is not comfortable, and the doctor doesn't do any assessment, only want to make money to let the patient do acupuncture. No any suggestion given by the doctor.
Dr Chen is lovely, knowledgeable and funny. Quite a long wait to see him, 40 minutes, but the practice is popular, and they bulk bill.
The receptionist was very polite and efficient. I arrived early as a walk in appointment on a Sunday and was seen very quickly by the GP Dr Bruce Wu. He had a lovely manner, listened well, and provided proficient care for my medical problem. Would return here again.
