Every time I come to Doctors on Broadway I have to wait up to an hour to see the doctor. Never less than an hour. I asked why it takes so long and was told it is just a guide but if I paid them I would go in straight away. When I come in with a couple of issues they sort out one then tell me they dont have time and to make another appointment for the other issue. I am now looking for another doctor that takes my health seriously.

I had the worst experience today. I went to my appointment at 11 on the dot and went to reception to tell them I was here. I was told to take a seat, which I did. After waiting 45 minutes and seeing several people go in to see the doctor, I went back to the reception desk to ask how much longer I would be waiting, only to be informed that they hadn't put me on the waiting list. When I questioned why I wasn't put on, the receptionist had the nerve to lie to me and say I didn't go up to the desk. When challenged on this, she later 'remembered' that I had gone up and admitted that it was her mistake to not put me on. I went to the doctor in the hopes he could help me feel better. Instead I left stressed that my time had been wasted. A 5 minute consultation is not worth the joke of the 1 hour wait time.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! Totally unprofessional staff that just slap on fees wherever they like!! Receptionist is totally rude and has absolutely no idea what they are talking about. They also apparently cant write me a doctors note for having a cold?! Doctors are hopeless, apparently the only good doctor there left. Unfortunate.

Dr. Lewin is the best GP I have ever encountered. My only wish is that he was younger so that he could always be my doctor. His wisdom, compassion, and sense of humour will not be forgotten, I think many people that have been seen by the doctor will remember him fondly
