They say they give priority to people who work, after waiting 40 mins, no priority given, wearing my uniform and name badge and the youngest one waiting. It would be great if they actually followed their procedures.

Farcical system for check-in.  When asked what order people have arrived because staff don’t know they bite your head off for answering the question treating you as if you are complaining and proceed to make excuses.  No prioritisation of arrivals is occurring.  You know the arrival process isn’t working so make some changes - instead of blaming your clients

lotta pain, lotta blood, lotta bruising to get that junkie look, a simple blood test should be less messy., not real happy..

Went this morning, little bit of a wait but no more than I expected, the young lady in charge was super nice and very efficient

Brilliant service for our young autistic son. Paediatric specialist blood collector was on today and she was just brilliant with him. Couldn't have asked for better.

Very poorly organised, needs more staff .  Can’t even answer the phone.

It can get busy. But staff are great
