Attended the Family Practice at Hinkler today. Was met by the friendly front desk team who greeted both my husband and myself with a big smile and cheery "good morning". Didn't have to wait long before the Dr summoned me into his office for my consultation. Everything went very efficiently, smoothly and on time. Excellent experience.
My doctor is wonderful, respectful, honest and very informative. The reception team are marvelous. They're always very busy, however they take the time to greet me with a friendly happy smile.
People probably think I'm weird for having this problem but these doctors are the worst I've had trouble with my shoulder I get told neurofen and nothing's wrong with it when there is. My GF who has bad stomach pains also got nothing basically the same treatment do yous care about your patience and there pain because Neurofen is like a child's candy it does nothing..
Perfect. The doctor -Siam- is very empathetic, considerate and professional. He doesn't make you feel rushed. Thumbs up.
Great experience, doc said couldn’t find issue, sent me for scans which took a week to get, ended up in hospital on deaths door for the next week after emergency surgery on the grapefruit sized abscess on my butt. Couldn’t find it….!!!!!

Lovely doctor but I was unable to get all my scripts even with a letter from my GP located in Melbourne. Private conversations regarding another nurse been spoken about in front of me by the practice manager and 2 other nurses whilst I sit and wait for treatment. This conversation should be happen perhaps NOT infront of patients in the future.
Dr Mike strikes again. At least he refused to see a patient again. Did not have the guts to tell the patient left the receptionist to do it. Will deal with this formally through other channels.
I had a stroke leaving me with impaired breathing. Was refused medical treatment because I was unable to wear a mask, was told that best I could do was have a phone consult, not ideal seeing as it was for an extreme allergic reaction. Gotta love how a doctor whom I hadn’t even seen before thought he knew better about my condition and what I could or couldn’t wear than what my neuro surgeon and other specialists had instructed me to do. All without even reviewing my file. of which the practice has all on file already but no apparently the rules are the rules and they need not abide by anti discrimination laws.
