Rude staff, never any availability and even when so doctors are unhelpful and belittling. You wait half and before you actually get in to your appointment. Definitely would find a new clinic. Been going there for 18 years and can’t say anything good.
This clinic is so backwards and not helpful at all, rude service, have had several dealings with this clinic as my partner goes here. Tryed to book apt answered all the questions name DOB address but wasn't sure on dr name so wasn't allowed to book apt. As well on arrival phone clerk asking if we are vaxanated. Highly not recommended this clinic
Always had lovely service at this clinic. If my Dr not available another one always offered. Very Happy

Rushed through an 8:30 appointment, any other appointment I have ever had on average 5 a year I have waited between 20 to 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment of which I always arrive 10 minutes before, lack of diligence which has compounded my condition confirmed by a specialists oh and after being rushed through my appointment today was overcharged! this review is based on my experience over the past two years, the admin staff have mostly been pleasant and helpful.
Great clinic if you see a good doctor. Would recommend both Drs Yunus. If you find yourself with an appointment with Doctor Roselt, cancel it. I am a health professional myself who is used to talking to doctors but I have never been so judged, condescended to or shamed in my life. He is an absolute disgrace to the medical profession.
My wife was in severe neck pain which she gets sometimes and she booked in to aberdovey to get some help. She saw dr rosevelt who did not help at all but made her feel like a pathetic insignificant little girl and that she was wasting her time. My wife Is 40 and a formidable business woman. When I asked her how she went she broke down and cried which she never does. Dr Roosevelt is just a rude rude man an no one in my family will be seeing him again.
Excellent, as a new patient with a few complex issues, i experienced the best, most helpful, pleasant, professional service ever. I have been travelling oz for over 2 years now and have seen loads of gps. This one is definately The Best
Trying to get my sick children a appointment but every time we call Gale makes a huge deal of us booking in . It is always a 5 of her telling us it's hard to put new patient in. I go there my wife goes there and 3 of our children. But she doesn't want our 2 other children there.
After being a patient for over 20 years I would recommend finding somewhere else first. I have been to made feel insignificant and a liar when I am going through an extremely hard time with a back injury
