Cardiologists and Technicians are all amazing! Have seen quite a number of them over the past few years, all have been great.... BUT, you can never get through to them on the phones... like EVER! I'm now at week 3 of being sent to a voicemail after loooong waits on the phone with the promise that they will return the call within 24 business hours, but as yet have not received a call back. I will have to drive into town to speak with someone as we a holter prior to surgery in, and we are running out of time. PLEASE get more phone lines, or employ someone to return calls. Our situation is not life threatening l, but I am sure that is not the case for all.
Welcome to your next heart attack dealing with this mob.. I can't fault the good doctors & cardios from this mob but geez I dearly wish they'd answer their phone. I'm well over an hour out of town & I needed to reschedule a couple of tests & I also needed some info about billing, but what a hassle! 4 times over a good 8 hour period sitting on the phone for up to 15 minutes at a time. Call back? forget about it, push 1 & you are left on wait to actually leave a message! - why would you bother when this mob just brazenly lie to you when they state 'your call is important to us' because it obviously isn't. ..not even worth 1 star when it's your health & your heart & their receptionists, if they actually exit, don't care..
My husband has been under the care of Dr Conradie for approximately 4 years. We have always received the best of care from him and all the staff. So thankful for this wonderful team, prompt, professional and very caring. A big thanks and thumbs up from us! Mick and Anna.
If I could give 0 stars or less, I would. The Secretaries here are a joke, lied straight to my face without any care, totally unprofessional, forget trying to ring these people, they never answer their phones, call back service is another joke. This problem needs to be sorted out Quickly as this is peoples health that's being played around with. Lodging a complaint for the way I was treated. My 1 star review is towards the secretaries only of genesis care. this review does not include any specialists or medical practitioners as they are great.
Couldn't believe that a practice does not want to speak with their customers. When l visited the practice and the staff were giggling and not answering the phone. Now l know why. Looks like l will be going back to Brisbane for treatment. At least they answer the telephone
This review is for the desk workers , secretaries ONLY of Genesis care Bundaberg , not the doctors.. our experience here is terrible from the desk workers, my opinion is they need to be replaced with workers who are more experienced in their field of work and actually care for customers who are trying to receive medical assistance, they cannot even get appointments correct, my wife has tried ringing them over and over for a few weeks, they never answer the phone. Terrible service.
I have been trying to call this place for several days. Lefr messages nobody bothers to call you back. We have a very broken system
