Wonderful wonderful Doctor from the first meeting to the procedure to the follow up. Very efficient. Amazing nurse and office staff and bulk bills appointments and procedures in his rooms and no gap for surgery....... can’t get much better. Highly recommend!!!!

My sister had a colonoscopy with this doctor and other tests as a result of bowel cancer she had 12 months prior. The colonoscopy was fine but the CT scan showed several lesions in the liver which he told her was not good. He said he would refer her to an Oncologist who visits Bundaberg and to wait to hear from the Oncologist. The day after her meeting with Dr, Mc Gregor I rang the Oncologist to whom she had been referred to and was told they had not received the referral. I rang Dr. Mc Gregor's rooms and was told by his receptonist it would take her at least 2 days to type the referral. Of course I found this unaccetable and told her thid was a matter of life and death. To which she replied " I am very busy, I run this whole clinic"...........give me a break. I need help for my sister. I asked to speak to Dr, Mc Gregor but my request was refused. I was asked for my number but no phone call ever came......... I rang the Oncologist once again to make a tentative appointment in Bundaberg, not wanting her to miss his next visit, which is the next week. I was told unfortunately they could not make an appointment without the referral and that I needed to hound the Doctor to get the referral to ensure she could see the Doctor on his next visit. Where is the CARE. I can get a referral in 2 seconds from my Doctor and my Specialist. Lift your act Dr. Mc Gregor people's lives are at stake. Goo ol Bundaberg. Yes, I rang back to Dr, Mc Gregos's rooms. and yes you guessed it, they said they had done the referral.......boy oh boy what happened to taking days to type it. ,
